Currently just watch my YouTube channel videos under Timothy Meneghin. That will show you what I am about by current actions.
One could see my talent started young as a 17 year old senior in High School one still made the All Macomb County and All Conference Team in 2005 from Roseville High School (16-6 team) including graduated early at age 17 which my body wasn't fully developed yet. Therefore, one moved to Tampa, FL right after High to surround myself around better athletes and learned how to grow as a person on and off the floor of basketball. Which one can see as a 17 year old I was only 150 pounds and 5'9" after living in Florida for just two years and going to a junior college I managed to put on 60 pounds and couple inches in height. Which one could say I became a complete guard weighing in at 210 pounds and 6'1". After few years went by my Senior year after the junior college I managed to walk on the Big East team USF in Tampa Florida in 2010. Then started meeting more coaches afterwards that helped my game out to the next level which was in 2011-2012 I moved to Orlando, FL to play semi pro in the IBL. During that time frame my grandmother back in Michigan passed away and I decided to move back to Michigan to be around my grandpa. Furthermore, I felt like I could help tons of young players around the metro Detroit area because of all the experiences that one has seen.
Now in Los Angeles just finished the 2016 Nike Drew League and our team finished 15-0 ! Team name BB4L and we are 2016 Nike Drew League Champs! Now pursing the NBA DLeague.
Warm up
As the warm up is taking place I discuss with the parents or athlete what their goals are and what they would like to improve on. Than after the session I give in detail what we went over. Depending on how many sessions a client books. I will go deeper into all of the years of a successful program of training that I offer. Also, depends on how advance the athlete is.
Moving forward I like to run through all the fundamentals of ball handling in place ( stationary) with one ball, 2 and 3 to see where there eye coordination, speed of dribble, ball position, awareness and keeping their head up. Next I would go into dribble moves with one and two balls in motion full court.
Next I do a break down of the Scientific/ form shooting/ muscle memory of shooting technique that will create a consistent shooting making it just like " Stephen Curry " don't mean to name drop but this is how I shoot and was taught all broken down from the feet to where the whole body is involved with ball position.
The list below would be just a brief detail of what to expect for 5 or more training sessions. An weekly sessions for a 4 year program that will guarantee your goals, by trying your best effort everyday, every session and every game you will see as a athlete on and off the court how happy you will be with the results.
To add to this every session I will help the athlete become more on fire with being passionate, heart motivated , dedicated , commitment, trusting, faith, confidence, health, FOCUSED, serious, not caring what others doing around you or not being passive, training your mind to believe, aggressive, having no fear, not being double minded, pushing themselves to the max every time and having fun while doing all the above on and off the court. What you do off the court will effect how you play on the court. This must come into a factor of creating good habits on and off the court by :NO PEOPLE PLEASING WILL BE A MUST TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS!!!!
List below is other days of sessions.

Coach Timothy was very attentive, he had a plan and was very comfortable coaching my daughter. Coach took his time and showed great patience. He also provided Syd with drills to work on at home in order to improve her skills. After just one session I've already seen Syd's confidence level grow! Sydney is excited about working with Coach Timothy again and looking forward to future sessions! Thank you Coach you are making a difference in our daughters life!

The time Timothy spent with my son was well worth the money. He fed my son's soul, drive, and knowledge not just his skills. My son enjoyed his time with Timothy and keeps asking me when they can work together again. He is out of town a lot but he more then makes up for it with his quality of time.

Coach Tim is an excellent trainer. He's an all around great guy on and off the court. We've been training together for only 3 days and he's already changed my game tremendously. He's helped me improve in all areas and he's very organized and smart about his drills and workouts. He's the best trainer I've ever encountered hands down. He's motivated and helped me in not just training but eating healthier as well. I really feel like coach Tim will help me every step of the way and get me where I want to go in the game of basketball. He's not just a great trainer, he's a great friend.

Great training great coach! Tim plays with NBA players and is in good shape to go through all drills with me in person. He had a very clear and comprehensive training plan and taught me a lot from fundamentals to game style/mentality. He was also patient answering all my questions. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to improve in games.
David (CoachUp client)
Timothy has an extensive knowledge of the game! He has given me helpful drills and techniques to utilize to help me develop better basketball play. Timothy was a great help to me as he put in extra time to help me perfect the little things that make a huge difference in playing at the next level. Timothy is a great coach!
Anthony (CoachUp client)
Coach Timothy was great. He helped improve my shot, and gave me some shooting drills to work on. He also gave me a lot of ball handling drills to work on. The best thing is he gave me a clear path as to what and how to practice, and doing it the right way mechanically. I look forward to our next session.
Will (CoachUp client)
Phenomenal coach he worked with my son on the fundamentals of the game. He was committed to him reaching the goal and was willing to go the extra mile.
