More About Coach Tiffany

I am currently a High school Track, basketball, and volleyball coach within Aldine ISS. I have been coaching for over 10 years and provided personal training for 5 years. I am UIL, Concussion, CPR certified and also a member of TAPHERD and TGC. (Texas Girls Coaching Association) I've trained between the ages if 12-18 (6th-12th grade)

I participated in track and basketball throughout Highschool. I then went on to compete on a Collegiate level at Sam Houston on the Track and Field team. I competed in the 200, 400, 800, long jump and various of relays. We still currently hold the conference record in the 4x400 relay. I have received multiple awards for Athlete of the Year, New comer, Offensive player and defense Player of the Year.

Work outs tend to last between 45-90 mins depending on specific targeted workouts. All workouts will begin with a brief overview on expectations for the specific workout. We will work at the pace of the athlete, however all workouts will focus on High intensity, quick movements and endurance. Athletes will leave feeling accomplished and will notice immediate changes.
