More About Coach Thomas
NASM Certified Personal Training with specializations in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise and Youth Exercise. Youth and HS football coach, certified as a USA Football Coach for tackle and flag systems.
I competed as an athlete in various sports throughout my entire life, ending with HS Varsity football. As an adult, I have competed various endurance races including multiple triathlons, cross country races and apline skiing. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience in high-level performance in tactical environments.
Currently only booking online sessions and routine programming until the spring.
Before any training begins, we will discuss your goals and prior experience, including access to equipment and training locations.
Each program will be specifically designed to each individual to include warm-ups, strength and accessory training, cardiovascular and conditioning training, SAQ/Plyometrics, flexibility, range of motion and recovery. The online programs will include regular monitoring. feedback, adjustments and availability for questions and coaching points.
