Hello, I'm Theo, and I can help your middle or high school distance runner achieve their athletic goals. Many young runners fall short of their potential due to poor running form, inadequate nutrition, or inefficient off-season training. As a father of three daughters—two of whom competed in college—I understand the challenges and can provide the guidance and structure your child needs to reach their full potential.

I was a semi-professional soccer player and ran my first marathon in 2000. Since then, I’ve completed hundreds of races, ranging from 5Ks to ultramarathons, including the Boston Marathon and the Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run.

1. Running Form and Gait Analysis: Many runners struggle with inefficient or suboptimal running form. I provide a detailed evaluation of your running mechanics and offer personalized advice and drills to help correct any inefficiencies.
