I am a dedicated and skilled coach that specializes in runners that want to take their performance to the next level. My career experience includes coaching a diverse population of male and female individuals consisting primarily of adults. I have shown proven success of quality programs demonstrating steady growth and development.
My main focus as a coach is to provide a welcoming environment that encourages everyone to participate regardless of previous athletic experience or fitness level.
I am a Certified Long Distance Running Coach through Road Runners Club of America.
I have coach new runners through group and personalized Couch to 5k Programs as well as intermediate to advanced runners to new PR's.
I have qualified for and run in the 2014 Boston Marathon and have Marathon PR of 3:30:19.
I have placed 6th woman overall in the 2014 Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon.
5th woman overall in the 2015 Point Defiance 50K.

I begin with a consultation to find out your goals and training history. We’ll talk about where you want your running to go, how much time and effort you can devote, what you’ve struggled with in the past and if there are any past injuries to take into account in your training. We will also have a training session with a dynamic warm up, followed by fundamental skill development and conditioning, technical development that will improve your running form and make it more efficient. We will complete a workout designed to highlight your strengths and identify the areas that need work. Then I close the training session with an effective cool down. I also incorporate goal setting sessions within a training session to help facilitate on target peak performance. I use creative workout sessions to keep individuals engaged and motivated to give their best effort.
