I prefer clients to arrive to their session 10 minutes before we start, so we can maximize all of our time. Each session will start off with a dynamic warmup, followed by the workout of the day (will vary to whomever I am training). We will finish with stretching the muscle group that we worked on that day.

Coach Terrance did a great job with my son's football training. I like how he connected with my son who is excited to do his next few sessions with him. Coach Terrance was very nice and polite which I appreciated.

Great workout. He is defiantly the coach for me.
