More About Coach Taylor

I've coached high school football for over 5 years, and have 16 years of coaching performance enhancement with youth athletes and adult athletes (variety of sports such as basketball, football, golf, runners, tennis and soccer). I've worked with high schools basketball, teen soccer and lacrosse teams to improve their performance abilities. I work with all ages. NASM, CPT, PES, CES, ACE HEALTH COACH, FMS LEVEL 1, CPR/AED, BS IN KINESIOLOGY with emphasis in health specialist

-First team all league offense defense for football and basketball. -All CIF tight end, -I completed at the collegiate level. I've competed in division one athletic . Most improved tight end in my sophomore year in college

Taylor’s knowledge of the human body, strength training, and nutrition has helped me achieve my athletic goals in ways that I never saw possible. He helped me obtain starting positions on varsity squads as a freshman for football, basketball, and baseball. He also helped me receive an offer to play college football. Furthermore, Taylor has taught me a lot about stretching and flexibility, which I am now sharing with the entire football team. Taylor has helped me with my core strength, enabling me to climb a number of peaks in the Sierras, including Shark Toth Peak, Silver Peak, Mt. Goddard, Scylla Peak and a multitude of minor peaks. A number of years ago, I was scheduled to have a lumbar fusion at L3-S1 because my vertebrae at that level were pinching my spinal cord. Taylor is the reason why I developed my core strength to the point that I stabilized my spine and avoided surgery.
