More About Coach Taylor
Trained young athletes at my high school for 4 years. Love to help any age wishing to play at the next level. Mainly train on the defensive side of the ball. Played DLine through high school and college.
Played three years at Oklahoma State University as a Defensive End (#88) (11-14) Big 12 Champions in 2011, BCS Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Champions in 2011, Heart of Dallas Bowl Champions in 2012, Cotton Bowl Finalists in 2014. Was 1st team All-District, All-Area, and All-State in high school (Plano Senior High).
Typical Sessions include Speed Training, Lateral Movement, Hand Training, Strength Development, Catching Drill, Circle Drill, Pass Rush Drill, working on stance. Also want to focus on Endurance Training and beginning to develop that endurance quickly. Eating right and hydrating are a necessity. Also have old workouts and drills I used to do at Oklahoma State that helped me perform better.
