In high school I was a 3 sport athlete (basketball, football, and baseball) and was All-State in each of those.
Massive emphasis on injury prevention incorporated into every workout. Mental challenges to build mindset around winning. Customized workouts for each athlete, very goal dependent. You will get better physically and mentally each workout.
