At this moment I'm coaching several high school athletes mostly cornerbacks and Safety's . I also can coach wide receives.
I've coached and mentored some University of Miami cornerbacks
I played at University of Miami for 4 years and was selected as a free-agent to the Indianapolis Colts while playing in NFL for 3 1/2 seasons earning a Super Bowl ring. I'm also a certified personal trainer.
I also teach speed work. I am 60 meter champion in the big east conference. On my pro day while NFL scouts attended I ran 4.27 ( 40 yard dash) .
Several things that I can introduce to a young athlete. Speed, technique, fundamentals. The position I played in the NFL focuses on the speed and technique of the individual player.
