Client Reviews
Robert (Testimonial)
Hired a personal trainer to get in shape for army bootcamp. First day T.J. put me through their pt test and I was barely making the minimum. A few months later of busting my butt, we repeated the test and was able to pass easily. Thanks tj go army!
Deb (Testimonial)
Working with TJ, I was able to get in shape as well as run and complete my first 5k at the completion of our training time. His running program was challenging but well worth it!
