More About Coach Sydney

I’ve been coaching sprints/hurdles for about 10 years now. Stated coaching at the high school level at 18. I’m also a certified Professional Trainer I’ve worked with all ages, and levels of fitness. I have certification in strength & conditioning, nutrition, corrective exercise, and of course fitness training. I’ve worked with college and professional athletes as well .

I was ranked #6 in the state for the 60m hurdles in high school in the state of Alabama, also was ranked #12 in the 110m hurdles. Also I’m 2016 while I’m college competing i was a 3x all American.

Each session includes a full warm-up & mobility prep, sprint mechanics drills, power & speed development work, technique correction, and cooldown/recovery guidance. Every plan is customized to the athlete’s goals, emphasizing proper form, strength balance, and performance growth.
