Privately coached/developed linebackers from youth to pro. 57 current college football linebackers have come out of my athlete development program, 32 of them currently being on FBS rosters.
Played at University of Utah 2001-2004, teams that were staffed by current head coaches Urban Meyer (Ohio St.), Kyle Whittingham (Utah), Derek Mason (Vanderbilt), Dan Mullen (Mississippi St.), Gary Anderson (Oregon St.), Mike Sanford (Indiana St.), with more on the rise. Had the opportunity to learn from this great cast of coaches, now with the opportunity to pass the information on.
One on one session: Warm up/stretch, speed and agility drills, position specific drills (will be based on the clients individual areas of need), strength/conditioning drill.
Group session: Warm up/stretch, speed and agility drills (competitive based on matching skill set), position specific drills (each session has a practice plan, will have a specific area that we will focus in), Strength/Conditioning drill (usually a fun competitive drill and a tougher drill)
