I have coached one on one youth and adult athletes through distances of 5k through Ultramarathons. I currently run the training program for Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel.

I have completed all distances from 5k through 250 mile Ultramarathons. I have placed 1st in the Jackpot 24 hour race with a distance of 100+ miles, I have a completed a 250 mile foot race the Cocodona 250 three times.

Running form assessment for the initial session.
Subsequent sessions will generally be a warm up, running drills (high knees, butkicks, spiderman lunges, A skip, B skip...)
Depending on the goals a run session will occur.
Followed by wicket drills and strength training.
