More About Coach Steve
I've been coaching speed/power athletes collegiately for the past 13 years after a 2 year stint coaching at the HS level. Currently I'm the sprints/hurdles coach at the College of William & Mary. Below are some of my certifications.

I competed as a sprinter/jumper at Central Connecticut State University which is a small D1 school in CT. A frustrating and injury prone running career lead me to explore the world of coaching to help athletes have better experiences then I had as a young athlete.
A typical session will be built around the athletes goals and expectations. I pride myself in educating my current student-athletes into the why we do things and the benefits behind them. One can expect a detailed breakdown of the workout and movement videos that will be explored in session with a biomechanical analysis along with access to the videos later.
