My typical session will start on time with dynamic warm-up drills to get the blood flowing real good. I like do combination drills with small group training. I like getting the athletes building up there muscles endurance. We different foot work drills, weighed push sled and ploy box jumps and we'll end the session with our core and balance strength drills. I believe small groups training has many advantages for the young athletes, conditioning, completion and working with different skill levels of other athlete helps them push a little more. I see it helps to encourage a mindset of hard working, team working and sportsmanship with in the group. It also makes good for a little break between reps. We must keep this in the spirit of the game most of all. One motto I like to use is: "SUCCESS IS A HABIT"!!!
