My name is Stafford. Football is my forte and I have a passion for this sport. I have had the privilege to play football on all levels. I was a standout OLB in high school, college, and was blessed with the opportunity to play professionally with the New York Jets. I played collegiate ball at Ohio University where I was a 3 year starter and all conference player my junior and senior year.

I have that passion and drive to strive for perfection. I want to take a grasp on the younger generation and teach what it takes to achieve you life long dreams. I specialize in all positions on the field. I can cultivate any skilled player to reach their highest potential. However, my main focus is to turn your son into a great young man by teaching him the royal principles of life. That way he will become successful in all of his future endeavors.

Within the last year, I had the privilege to train younger children (age 6) to collegiate athletes at Velocity Performance in Charlotte, NC. I have worked with several NFL players to keep me fresh on new techniques and drills. I also work with the high school athletes at Fort Mill High School in Fort Mill, SC.

When you become a part of my clientele, I focus my training techniques on making you more explosive, functional, and a dynamic player. I also stress the fundamentals of the game. It is important for me to teach the science of football so that each athlete understands the purpose behind each drill, practice, lift, play, etc. We all know football is 20% physical and 80% mental.

I hope I can turn your athlete into one of the game's greatest. I know my passion and dedication will show through to your child and he will enjoy training with me. My motto is...to make sure they always have fun!!!!!
