Although sessions can be similar from athlete to athlete they are always customized to the needs of the client and always unique. A client can expect an initial interview and assessment of skill level and fitness level along with the clients specific goals and needs being addressed. After this initial warm up stretch and assessment we start the main body of our training/coaching session and tailor the session to these goals and areas where improvement is needed. Example: Training a soccer player who wishes to improve fitness levels while improving dribbling skills would most likely see a combination practice where first the specific skill is drilled and practiced alone, then the fitness stamina portion addressed, then a combination of the two together. Finishing with a short cool down and stretch.
