More About Coach Slade
I have done personal training at D1 Buford. I’ve also have worked with around 10 guys with one on one training. I’ve also helped coach Wide Recievers at Bama youth camps along with QB club camp hosted by Mac Jones and Joe Dickinson (Mac’s QB trainor).
Louisiana Gatorade Player of the year 2017
Collegiate Career at the University of Alabama:
2020 National champion
2018,2020,2021 SEC champion
2018 Orange Bowl champion
2019 Citrus Bowl champion
2020 Rose Bowl Champion
2021 Cotton Bowl Champion
I’ve also earned individual team awards at Alabama including: Special Teams player of the year, Offensive Player of the Year, Unsung Hero award
So the way I go about my training sessions are usually an hour on the field doing Wide Receiver specific drills and teachings that I believe transition to the game the best. After that we will go in a classroom/drawing board area to help the athlete learn about the mental side of the game. Defensive Coverages, packages , and techniques along with the offensive side of the ball. This includes understanding personal grouping, formations, concepts, and routes.
