More About Coach Siomara
I have been passionately teaching people to be happy, holy and healty for five years. I with adults and children as well. I teach at private pre-schools in NYC, I teach private workshops and classes at my clients homes and/or at yoga studios. I have certifications on Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kid's Yoga, and Reiki.
I had the honor to be selected to teach at the United Nations, I also participated in a Yoga festival called Evolvefest, Guenevere Rodriguez is one of my private clients, I did teach in Colombia and Indonesia.
To have an experience of joy and peace that will start awakeninig their inner power. This mind set is obtained through breathing (Pranayama), movement (Asana, postures), relaxation, meditation, journaling, affirmations, chanting and more. Every class is designed to target the specific needs of the clients. I teach about Yoga philosophy and how it can be applied in daily life. More than Yoga I teach how to transform lifes.
