More About Coach Shay

I have experience training and coaching athletes from elementary to college level. I was also a collegiate athlete before I was college coach and now the expectations and demands that go into the fitness level of an athlete. I have had experience running fitness, agility, and strength sessions for athletes at all levels. These sessions are adjusted to the athlete based on sport, experience, and goals.

I was a former Div 1 student athlete at Central Michigan University- Won 2 MAC conference titles and 2 NCAA appearances
I helped coach a team to a Div 2 National Championship in Women' Soccer- developed specific sessions focusing on agility, fitness, and strength

Depending on the client- I will gear my sessions to their needs! It is all about their goals and their expectations. I will focus on agility ( ladder, speed, direction, quickness, footwork), fitness (conditioning drills, recovery), and strength (core, muscle building) with a developed plan based on need. All sessions will include a warm up, specific drills, focus areas, and cool down.
