Resistance training is proven to have some of the most massive benefits for any athlete to gain muscle, lose muscle, and feel great.
Our Personal Training sessions will start with the foundational compound movements like the Squat, Deadlift, Press, etc.
From there depending on client ability there will be a focus on unilateral work to develop balance and full body strength followed by isolating accessory movement.

Depending on client needs there will be additional focus on speed, explosion, core, advanced lifting techniques, strongman, powerlifting, or even a slacklining session in the park. Let me know what you need, I've probably coached it before!
