More About Coach Sharod

I have extensive experience training athletes, including helping draft picks improve speed. I'm the Head Track Coach at Desert Edge, with a minor in Exercise Science.

I was a Division 1 sprinter at Oklahoma State, earning 1 All-American and 3 All-Big 12 honors. I also won 4 NJCAA titles and 4 state championships in NJ.

A typical workout starts with a 30-minute warm-up of A-skips, B-skips, and dynamic stretches, followed by hurdle drills and a focus on key technique aspects.
