I am a 42-year-old with numerous old injuries who was never a strong runner, to begin with. I needed a coach who would understand this and help me train for a marathon. Coach Shannon has helped me with a training plan, as well as in-person sessions when I'm able. She's been an amazing help and very responsive to my questions. She's been able to help me with my physical limitations/injuries. I'd recommend Coach Shannon to anyone looking to improve their running.

I have really enjoyed being coached by Coach Shannon. I had only ran one season of Middle School cross country this past fall. Now I’m working with Coach Shannon to improve for this upcoming season and improve my running for the other sports that I enjoy participating in. She explains what we are doing and why we are doing it which adds to my learning and understanding of the sport. In the three sessions so far, I have learned so much, and I’m excited to keep learning with Coach Shannon.

Coach Shannon is a phenomenal coach. She is very good at adapting a training plan that will help you achieve your running goals. She's there to motivate you every step of the way and to push you past your physical and mental barriers. There's no other coach to consider. Do yourself a favor, step outside your confort zone and book a session with coach shannon.

Coach Shannon is wonderful! She teaches technique as well as provides a great, challenging workout. I am looking forward to continuing with her. I am a beginning runner, but feel like Coach Shannon is modifying the workout to suit my level, while still teaching me a great deal. I am having fun!

Coach Shannon has an energy and a charisma that you did not know you NEEDED out of your personal coach. I have not found a coach that has as much drive and compassion towards what goals you start with and the push to get you to them and beyond.

In my humble opinion there is no one else you would want in your corner: in both the good times and the bad times.

Trust your body, trust the process, and trust your coach... She will lead you to where you want to be.

EDIT (06/20/2019):

I have recently had some knee pains, and as such was worried that I would not be able to hit my goals. Coach Shannon changed the workouts to not only accommodate my discomfort, was also able to work strength into my knee over the last three weeks.

Then I injured my back... I thought I was done for awhile, but Coach Shannon was able to change the workout yet again to help me with my hip problem. Working with the body to isolate the area that was affecting me, and working to strengthen the pieces that were lacking.

Shannon has been amazing to work with! Her passion and energy for what she does is so inspiring. She is kind and motivating, but holds you 100% accountable. I would highly recommend!
