More About Coach Senoj-Jay

I’ve moved through the ranks of junior, collegiate, and professional track. My knowledge of the sport has come from learning from some of the best track and field coaches in the world. I have experience coaching individual male and female athletes in high school and college specifically looking to improve their sprinting events, as well as overall strength and conditioning. I also have experience coaching small running groups at the college level.

At The University of Texas, I competed in the NCAA National Championships for both Indoor and Outdoor competitions from 2014-2017. My main events were the 100m dash and 200m dash and I currently hold the school record for the 100-meter dash (9.96). After college I went on to run professionally in Kingston, Jamaica, and Jacksonville, Florida, competing with the Jamaican National Team.

Each workout will be tailored to the individual athlete. What can always be expected is a warm up, workout suited to the needs of the athlete, and cool down. This can be carried out in a variety of formats including a gym, indoor and outdoor track, fields, and hills.
