More About Coach Sean
I have been a Head Varsity Track/XC coach for the past 8 years. I hold a Level 2 Certification through USATF. I typically work with athletes from 7th grade up to the collegiate level.
I ran track and played football in high school. While in high school I was a hurdler and a jumper. After graduating high school, I played 4 years of college football. After college I worked in the financial services industry and after years of wearing a suit and tie, I realized that my passion was in coaching.
When meeting new clients (in person), we will typically go through a thorough warm up routine and then complete a few drills that will identify areas of improvement to focus on along with the clients goals and/or needs.
I also can provide a bio-mechanical analysis (for in-person and online sessions) using a properly uploaded video and then can provide feedback on form and also provide exercises to improve on any inefficiencies.
The analysis will be based on the athlete's height, weight, gender, and speed which will provide the most accurate results.
