I’m a basketball Head Coach, Skills Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 7 years of experience developing athletes at every stage of their journey.

As a Post-Graduate Head Coach at Action Sports Academy, I’ve helped guide 30+ athletes to earn college scholarships by focusing on complete development — skills, athleticism, basketball IQ, and personal growth.

That same development system is used with every athlete I train, regardless of age or current ability.

Began coaching right after high school playing as a combo guard, and the intent from them was to focus on building the next generation of great basketball players

Each session is structured to help athletes improve as players and people. Training is always adjusted based on age, experience, and individual needs.

Sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up and movement preparation to improve coordination, body control, and focus while reducing injury risk. Athletes then move into basketball skill development, working on shooting, ball handling, footwork, and finishing in ways that translate directly to game situations.

Strength, conditioning, and athletic development are built into each session based on the athlete’s age and readiness. This may include speed, agility, coordination, and strength work designed to help athletes move better, get stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

Skills are then applied through small-sided games and competitive situations (1v1–3v3), where athletes learn decision-making, spacing, communication, and composure under pressure.

Throughout every session, coaching moments reinforce personal development — goal setting, discipline, accountability, confidence, and how to respond to both success and failure. Sessions finish with clear feedback so athletes understand what they worked on and how to continue improving.

Basketball is the vehicle — life skills are reinforced every session.
