More About Coach Scott

I’ve coached speed and power athletes for the past 8 years. Ive coached at De La Salle High School and DePaul University. I typically work with high school and college aged athletes.

I competed at the Division 1 level for DePaul University as a primary jumper and secondary sprinter. As senior I was a contributing scorer to the programs only Big East Conference indoor and outdoor titles.

My coaching heavily focused on biomechanics. The highest priority is to perform every athletic movement at the highest bio-mechanical efficiency. Sessions start with drills and a close attention to detail on how those drills are performed so they can transfer to sprinting and jumping. Almost everything is recorded and there is a lot of video analysis.
