I am a New York City based personal trainer and sports performance coach with over a decade of experience helping business executives, athletes, medical professionals, law enforcement officers and everyday people achieve their fitness goals. My professional experience has allowed me to train, manage and consult for fitness industry leaders such as Equinox Fitness, LA Fitness, Powerhouse Gym, Gym Source, Plus One Fitness, New York Sports Club, and Bally Total Fitness.
I am certified by some of the industries most prestigious organizations including the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting. My passion is to develop athletes and individuals, helping them actualize their full potential and goals.

My athletic background includes being a black belt in shudokan karate, champion natural bodybuilder with experience in cycling, power lifting, olympic lifting, boxing and football. While in pursuit of his athletic dreams, I have had the privilege of training alongside many phenomenal athletes from the NFL, NCAA, NPC, IFBB, MLS, WWE and the Olympics.
My programs start off by assessing health and lifestyle history of each athlete and designing the fitness regime based on their established goals. Not by combining everything into one random workout and repeating, as in some popular exercise systems.
This is a great approach to sweat, get moving again and release some endorphins, not so great for safely
improving fitness performance, building strength and gaining muscle.
