More About Coach Sara

I am teacher and coach with experience in middle school/high school athletics and one on one training. I focus on proper form and technique in all movements.

I specialize in long jump, high jump, pole vault, volleyball , weightlifting, and CrossFit.

In high school and college, I joined the track team and became the top pole vaulter for my school.

As a coach, it is also important that I learn proper weightlifting technique for strength and drills to increase an athlete’s vertical jump. In 2019, I helped coach 9 boys to the high school state track and field finals with one finishing all state.

In my free time, I do CrossFit, play volleyball, and train for a half marathon.

All workouts begin with a athlete specific warmup and end with mobility, but workout and technique depends on athlete.
