More About Coach Sara

I am teacher and coach with experience in middle school/high school athletics and one on one training. I focus on proper form and technique in all movements.

I specialize in long jump, high jump, pole vault, volleyball, weightlifting, and CrossFit.

In high school and college, I joined the track team and became the top pole vaulter for my school. In 2019, I coached 9 boys to the high school state track and field finals with one finishing all state.

In my free time, I do CrossFit, play volleyball, and train for a half marathon.

A normal session will be:

1. Warmup (varies depending on workout)
2. Running form drills (Track and Field)
3. Technique
4. Workout of the day
5. Mobility
