Every session follows my P³ Method: Prepare | Prime | Project. We start with dynamic prep and mobility to activate key movement patterns, followed by focused drills that prime the nervous system and footwork. From there, we project — working on sprint mechanics, change of direction, or explosive movement depending on the athlete’s sport and needs. Every session ends with a performance recap and take-home plan. Whether speed, strength, or skill, we train with intent, clarity, and measurable results.
