More About Coach Samuel

I have 9 years Coaching experience at the youth level and High School level as an OL/DL Coach. I’ve been training for a little over 2 years. I started my business 4LinemanOnly December of 2019. I’ve Coached in Moreno Valley and Upland cities. I mainly train in Riverside but I travel. I train kids youth through College as young as 7 years old.

I played at Eisenhower High School in Rialto,CA. We were CIF Division 1 Champs finishing 14-0 Undefeated beating Mater Dei 56-3 in the 1993 Championship game and finished ranked #2 in the nation.

First I find out what specifically the athlete needs to work on. We start stretching including a dynamic warm up. Next we’ll get some agility in with cones, ladder, and hurdles. There will be some form of strength and conditioning. We’ll get in to position specific drills working footwork, hand placement, and technique. Finish with a cool down and go over what we learned. Water breaks will be implemented.
