I've been coaching runners for over 6 years. I spent 3 years coaching in person, primarily focusing on middle school and high school track and field athletes. During this time, I honed my skills in face-to-face coaching and developed strong relationships with my athletes. For the past 3 years, I've transitioned to coaching both online and within my local running clubs, training specifically long distance runners. This experience has allowed me to reach a broader audience and adapt my coaching approach to suit different needs and preferences.
