More About Coach Ryan
I'm Currently a Coach at CrossFit Los Feliz as well as a Private Trainer. I specialize in prehab/rehab, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance Athletes, and Strength and Conditioning through a mix of Metobolic Conditioning and Traditional Weightlifting.
My Coaching began while I was training in Chicago. I studied with USA Track and Field and USA Triathlon Coaches working with athletes on strength and cross training conditioning. I've worked with the couch to 5k up to USA time trial competitors and international iron men/women athletes.
I then began to train with Olympic Weightlifting coaches and athletes, learning programing and proper exercise execution. as well as training them for competition.
Many of my clients can be categorized as endurance and strength athletes. Being versatile is the name of the game and I've learned to adapt many exercise concepts to fit a wide spectrum of goals.
With Strength and Conditioning I've coached Collegiate Rowers, Soccer Players, and Weightlifters.
I competeted at the Division 1 level for Diving in college. I am currently training for professional level competition in the sport of fitness, CrossFit.
