More About Coach Ryan
Strength coach that works with a wide range of athletes. I enjoy working with athletes that are serious about improving in areas for there given sport these include strength, power, speed, and agility. I work with all ages and types of athletes. I currently coach HS track and field teaching jumpers and sprinters, along with working at a sports performance facility for the past few years. I currently involved with the strength and conditioning program at Pepperdine University. The majority of my works is comprised of youth development and collegiate athletes with ages varying from 7-18+ yrs. I work with an adult population as well and have experience with disabled populations.

Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology - CSUN
(NSCA) National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer
(ACE) American Council on Exercise - Functional Training Specialist Program
3 years of varsity basketball and track and field plus one year of HS varsity volleyball. I've played and participated in football, baseball, soccer, swimming, tennis, cross country, etc for a minimum of at least 2 year and know the basic fundamentals and movement patterns of most sports. I currently run and partake in monthly 5ks, 10ks and the LA marathon every year.
A typical session consist of a goal oriented workout based on movements and exercises tailored for the individuals needs. Sessions will ultimately revolve around a focused emphasis and will usually run for about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
