More About Coach Ryan
Coached Cross Country from Elementary Level all the way through college. Have coached individual champions, school record holders, and personal bests at every level. Have coached for several years and I try to focus on athlete development as well as creating a supportive and encouraging environment.
Collegiate Cross Country Runner. Competed in NCAA frequently finishing ahead of NCAA D1 competition. 4 Year Letterman in College. Scholar Athlete of the Year. I try to use my athletic experiences and love for running to help others to achieve their own goals.
The session will vary depending on the clients personal goals. We will follow a specific model but alter times and pacings based upon athlete needs. The goal will always be to help the athlete feel comfortable and supported but also to make goals realistic and attainable for them.
