More About Coach Ryan

I have volunteered many years and hours to local high school athletic teams; including football and track. I have been offered coaching positions within these schools. I have assisted in training athletes in preparation for professional organizations. I am currently Middle School track and football coach at Rittman Middle School.

Excelled football, track and power-lifting athlete for Jackson High school; receiving all state and all league awards. I continued my athletic career at West Liberty University; where I was a collegiate football player. I played defensive tackle.

Clients can expect that they are pushed to their limits physically and mentally each and every session! I specialize in laying a foundation of good form and endurance while using a pyramid scheme to follow with strength and size. Clients should expect maximum gains followed by maximum effort!
