More About Coach Ryan

I have 5 years of training experience. I’ve trained athletes from youth, high school, and college. I currently owned my own Sport Performance business named Back2Ballin LLC focused on sport mechanics movements. I train ages from 12+ (Recreation-College/Pro). I’m certified by NSPA as a Sport Performance Coach and Sports Nutiriton.

I specialize in Defensive Back/HyBrid Linebacker training. Total of 17 years of playing and coaching experience!

I played football (Defensive Back) for Lackawanna College/ Alderson Broaddus University (JUCO | NCAA Division 2 Football). Four year starter. I’ve earned multiple awards, look below:

Played four years of high school football (3 Year Varsity Starter), 1st team All-State Defensive Player (Senior and Junior year), 2nd in Maryland Football 3A Division 2011, Winner of the first GMAC Conference Founders Football Game 2015

Played 4 years of college football as a starter, received Defensive Player of the Game twice 2013-2014 season as a sophomore. Also, one Defensive Player of the Game and two Special Teams Player of the Game awards during my senior year of college football.

Played Lacrosse for 3 years during spring season, 1 year varsity level
