More About Coach Rudy
I graduated from The University of Texas- El Paso with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science. I am a sports/athletic performance coach. Have interned at UTEP strength and conditioning, working primarily with Football , Soccer, and Softball. I have interned at Xplode Athletics, working with various individual athletes. More recently, I interned at the University of Houston Sports Performance. I primarily worked with Football and Track & Field. I am a USAW-Level 1 sports performance coach.
From 2003-2007 I played high school varsity football and basketball at Sand Creek high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I played center in both sports.
Typical sessions during the week include sports specific Speed, strength and Conditioning. Mobility and flexibility work sessions are added as well. I work on correcting movement patterns of the athlete. I also give free consultant on nutrition based on the athletes needs. Overall, I want a better overall athlete. Each program is year programmed to fit the athlete's needs.
