I am a certified fitness trainer with a focus on strength and conditioning. Certified Cross Fit Football coach. I am a certified USA football coach for BRYC. Worked with the Woodson High School athletic program training their baseball, lacrosse, and basketball programs for preseason strength and conditioning work. Trained West Springfield High School Football team in speed & agility, along with athletic performance and body efficiency. I have a sports background in Soccer (played for 10yrs), Football (played for over 7yrs), baseball (played for 11 yrs), and basketball (played for 5 yrs). I have coaching experience in soccer for 15+ years, football for 8+ years as well as Basketball for 3 years at the recreational level in Texas and Virginia. I have created and instructed my own 12 week youth Strength and conditioning camp in spring of 2012 and 2013. I am currently working on my degree at Marymount University in Health Science and Human Performance.
I have instructed a 12 week youth strength and conditioning offseason camp. We worked on speed, agility, resistance training and weightlifting.
All sessions will be between 45-90 mins depending on what is trying to be accomplished by the athletes. Assessments will be done to show comparisons of where the athlete started and what he/she has accomplished.

This training is a gold mine for those who want to gain endurance and strength. Coach R. has help to strengthened me and provided me with skills for all sports. Endurance is a key element in almost every sport, and my endurance has increased tremendously because of this camp. When exercising, I find myself getting winded much less than I was 4 or 5 months ago before the camp training. Strength is second, but a very close second to endurance. I have definitely gained muscle mass as I participated in the camp. I noticed a change in my body. Coach R. is an excellent trainer. He pushes you and does not let you give up. He provide a lot of what is needed for success, and he truly has your best interest at heart. Coach R. is kind and encouraging.
