More About Coach Rony

I have coached youth basketball teams grades 6th, 7th and 8th boys and girls at the YMCA in Beaverton, Oregon. Also, I coached 9th grade boys and girls at FCA Basketball summer camp in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I currently train individuals at the high school level.

I competed at the collegiate level at University of New Hampshire from 2007-2009. I then transferred to Grand Canyon University and played from 2009-2012.

Clients can expect to be in better condition and with an improved shooting capability through our training sessions. After a few sessions of assessment, I will put together a workout regimen to help my client improve their shooting skills and improve their basketball IQ. As most drills will require the client to be in good physical condition, the first session will be focused on drills and the last will be focused on conditioning (i.e agility exercises, defensive slides, sprints, etc.).
