More About Coach Ronnie

Coached High School football in North Carolina at Middle Creek and Southern Durham both 4A High Schools. Since in Jacksonville FL I have coached at MAA, Mandarin High School and Sandalwood High School. I also coached for Offense Defense Football Camps for 2 years, with various NFL players and coaches attending. I Have coached QBs all the way to Defensive Linemen.

All Area Football and Basketball in 2004. Went to Coastal Carolina University on full athletic scholarship. Made all conference there twice and honorable Mention my senior year in 2009. From there I received a chance to play in CFL before injury. Then was able to go play in IFL in 2010-2012 winning defensive player of the year for West Texas Roughnecks in 2011. Recently was blessed with opportunity to get a workout with NY Giants December of 2012.

I am a very well rounded and omnipotent coach when it comes to football and basketball. Able to train any position in both because I have played every position. I am huge on agility and conditioning and then mindset trying to give these kids an edge on their competition how to out think and be prepared for everyone lined across from you in the other color.

Coach Ronnie is a great coach! He responds very fast. I expected to wait at least a week, but he responded within 24 hours. From our very first conversation, I could tell that he truly enjoys coaching. He is quite knowledgeable and he gave me and my son the rundown on everything we needed to know. My son had his first session yesterday and he enjoyed it and he’s looking forward to his next session. I would recommend him to others!

My son was an XBox warrior until this past spring when he decided to run track. After experiencing some success he asked me to help him add muscle over the summer as he wanted to tryout for football. He’s always been athletic, and he made his team because of it. Now the hard part - finding a coach who could really help him with the nuances of the game beyond my fantasy football and arm chair QB knowledge of the game. After reading several reviews we decided to give Coach Ronnie a try this past weekend and he exceeded our expectations. He showed great patience and encouragement throughout the entire session. Coach Ronnie also took the time to explain the “why” behind every drill and what part of his game it would help him with. We’re booking more sessions as Coach Ronnie is now officially “Our Guy!”

My son enjoyed the workout

Coach Ronnie is a great trainer. He takes the time too show each drill and show the patience to make sure each athlete can perform the drills. Athlete is progressing with each session. Can't wait until the next session. Very good trainer!

Coach Ronnie was incredibly patient and kept encouraging my boy. This is my son's first time with all of these concepts and with sports in general. Coach was a great option and we look forward to more sessions in the near future.

Coach Ronnie was amazing! He has a wonderful facility and was like nothing I have ever seen before! It could not have been a better experience. His training was non-stop the entire time and he was so patient, kind, and made my son want to try hard to learn. My son was very timid to go his first session and now he is asking if he can go every weekday. We are ready for our next session tomorrow!

As a parent watching my son progress from not knowing what it takes to be successful in football to explaining and understanding what he is actually doing and what he is trying to accomplish is a complete turn around.
