I have been training and coaching football as well Strength and Conditioning for over 31 years. I currently coach at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School. Varsity Football, Girls Varsity Basketball, Head Middle School Track.. I am a certified AMFT trainer which allows me to not only use my experience as a coach, but implement sports-specific training and conditioning for other sports as well.
I take pride not only in training athletes, but in building them on and off the field of competition and preparing them for challenges in everyday life. I have had over fourteen former players continue their careers at the professional level AFL,CFL, NFL I am a proud member of the Minor League Football News Hall of Fame class of 2008 and the Mason Dixon Football League 2012

1 on 1 sessions will consist of first doing an evaluation session to determine level of ability and where areas of focus will be. Each athlete has a different level of ability and work ethic. The client and myself will discuss what goals they have the needs to obtain them. Each 1 hour session starts with a twelve minute stretch and warmup. This will be followed by a skill specific routine of fifteen minutes focusing on skill level improvement. The second period of our session will focus on mental repetition and recovery using specific drills aimed at the sport and position played. The third period of the session will combine individual position drills combined with an at large physical drill to maintain mental and muscle memory as simulated in game situations during various times when in live competition. The session will conclude with a ten minute cool down run and stretch and instructions for use between workout sessions. Each workout session is divided into three periods.

Coach Ron is an amazing coach. He definitely pushes you to the limit so that you can see the difference in your performance. If anybody is looking for a coach I would recommend Coach Ron cause he's going to make you work for what you want. Like coach say "If you don't work somebody else will."

Coach Hill is a very inspiring coach/trainer. He is top notch. He makes you go hard the entire time of your session. He gave me key tips to use during a game scenario, that eventually lead to touchdowns. I feel that I am faster and more agile since working with him. During my Freshman year I lettered in track and field as a sprinter and will be play varsity football during Sophomore year.
