I played high school football in Florida and was honorable mention state middle linebacker and fullback. I played semi pro football in Texas and Georgia , this is where my coaching career started. I have coached at 2 high schools for a total of 6 years where I was freshman defensive coordinator-varsity Offensive line coach and outside linebackers coach. I have coached youth football for the past 13 years as ahead and asst coach. I specialize in mechanics, footwork , metal approach to the game and conditioning. I am ASEP certified as well as CPR and AED. I currently am certified as a heads up coach with USA Football and have been certified in concussion training.
My session will start with warm up drills specific to the position of the athlete.
I will then work on the mental and physical approach to the game.
My next step is to teach the proper mechanics for the individual position that the athlete plays.
Specific drills and skills to help the athlete with footwork, body position and stances.
I use video as a tool to help the athlete see the before and after of their hard work.
My hope is that all athletes that train under me come away with the confidence to excel both physically and mentally for their individual position.
