More About Coach Rome
I train all age groups but my preference are middle school & high school athletes.
I speacilize in:
- Defensive Line | Linebacker Skill Training
- Strength | Conditioning
- Speed | Agility
I played at Morehead State ( D1-aa ) where I was a 2x 1st Team All American. I also hold the school record for sacks in a career ( 29 ).
I was invited and attended Falcons Rookie Mini Camp and Jaguars Vet Mini Camp. After small stints with them I signed with the Montreal Alloutes ( CFL ) , New Orleans Voodoo ( AFL ) , Washington Valor ( AFL ).
Truth be told when I started to play at the arena level I had more fun training kids than playing arena football.
The primary focus will be to develop the mental and physical concepts it takes to be successful on the field along with custom drills and exercises to increase overall flexibility, hip mobility & quickness.
Also work on drills they will do at skill camps along with in-training conditioning to get them ready for the season ahead.
