I have over 10 years of experience training/coaching athletes. I have worked at the legends sports complex and accelerated bodies. I work all levels of football (little league to NFL)

The client will expect to get a full hour of teaching and sports performance drills that will enhance their playing ability. I can coach any position on defense, but i concentrate on DL and LB.
