I have been coaching football for 20 years. I have worked with kids from 6 years old to 18. My coaching background includes youth football as well as middle and high school football players.

My athletic accomplishments include playing, and starting, at the collegiate level. While playing at the US Naval Academy, I played both sides of the football where I grasped a firm knowledge of the game. While at the Naval Academy, I earned my varsity letter 2 consecutive years.

My goal is to build the young athletes appreciation for football, to grow their confidence on and off the field and to help him/her reach their athletic goals. All sessions start with a warm up and then focus on techniques, footwork, agility, speed, power, and of course include some fun!
