Attended Jefferson High School in Tampa, Florida, where I played football. Coach by Mike Simmonds, A former NFL offensive lineman and an ultra-successful prep coach in Tampa and former Ball State Safety Barry Clark. As a junior, I recorded 35 tackles, 2 sacks as defensive end. As a senior, moved to inside linebacker and recorded 100 tackles, 3 sacks and 2 forced fumbles on defense, and led the (11-3) Jefferson Dragons to the 3A high school championship game against (13-0) Jacksonville Bolles Bulldogs.

My sessions always starts with a warm up jog and then onto dynamic stretching. I create a custom plan to meet you and your child needs whether its position specific, speed, agility, and strength and conditioning. Fundamentals and technique are included in every session.
