First session would be an evaluating session. During this time I would evaluate strengths and weaknesses and develop an IAP (Individual Action Plan) that need to be addressed through out our sessions. Each training period is centered around getting better at your craft and gaining knowledge.
- 10 - 12 minute warm up
- progressive drills to improve agility and reaction (cones, bags, rings and fotballs)
- ending the session would be position type drills that focuses on their craft.
- cool down period followed with a Q&A
