Robert Ayotte

I have been training middle and high school athletes in speed and agility for the past year, and have been working with adults as a group fitness trainer for the past year and a half. I currently work for Sweat City Fitness in Santa Monica, and Fitwall in Calabasas.

I was a 4 year starter at Left and Right offensive tackle for UC Davis. While there, I received the Redshirt Freshman of the year award, an all Great West honorable mention, and all Great West second team honors.

An athlete can expect a customized plan specific to what their position and goals are, focusing on 3 main components:
1) strength: power, explosiveness, endurance
2) agility: speed, velocity, change of direction
3) Position Specific Skills: Offensive vs. Defensive Lineman position specific skills including footwork, hand placement, blocking schemes, etc.
I will be working off of an objective and measurable system where I incorporate periodic testing of skills, and then aggressively work to improve movements and strength directly transferable to the specific position.
